Request an EPP/Auth code from your current registrar and initiate the transfer from your myPandos dashboard.
Sign in at https://dash.mypandos.io, click Support Tickets in the left menu, then Open a New Ticket. Choose a category, describe your issue in detail (service affected, exact error, steps already tried), select the related service, and attach screenshots if useful (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf). You can CC colleagues by entering comma-separated email addresses. You'll receive email updates as we reply.
