No, your website and email will continue to work normally throughout the transfer process.
At your current registrar, unlock the domain and request its EPP code (authorization code). Then go to mypandos.io, find Domain Transfer, enter the domain name and EPP code, and check out — the transfer includes a free one-year extension. Approve the transfer confirmation email when it arrives. Most transfers complete within 5-7 days, and your website and email keep working normally throughout.
You'll need the authorization/EPP code from your current registrar and ensure the domain is unlocked.
In your myPandos dashboard, open the domain, go to its Settings tab and turn off Registrar Lock. Then request the EPP code from the EPP / Transfer Code section — NameSilo, our registrar partner, emails it to the registrant email address on file (the code is never shown directly on screen). Give that code to your new registrar. Most transfers complete within 5-7 days.
No — the Congolese registry (SCPT) does not support registrar transfers of .cd for anyone. Keep the domain at its current registrar and point its DNS or nameservers at your myPandos hosting, or register a new domain with us. Other TLDs: the transfer search shows what we support.
