Nothing. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no minimum volume on any tier. You fund a prepaid balance, and it is only ever spent on services you actually sell.
No. Every tier runs on a prepaid balance with a credit limit of zero, so your balance cannot go negative. If it runs out, new provisioning pauses until you top up — nothing is billed to you after the fact.
Volume. Ebandeli is open to apply for; the higher tiers are offered by us as your book of business grows. There is no application to fill in — talk to your account contact, or just keep selling and we will come to you.
No, and most resellers do not. You set your own retail price per product; ours is only a reference point. Charge more and your margin is larger than the tier percentage.
You are their provider and their first line. Our technical team backs you up on anything infrastructure-side, and higher tiers get priority support and a named contact.
Yes. Branding is configurable from your dashboard, and from Nzela upward you can serve the client area from your own hostname, so your clients never see ours.
Yes. Domains carry their own share, separate from the percentages above and climbing with your tier: 50% of our margin on Ebandeli, 70% on Nzela, and 100% on Moninga — at which point you buy at exactly what we pay. It applies to almost every extension we offer; the few where we hold no recorded cost are sold to you at standard pricing instead, because we will not guess a price we cannot compute.
