- Applicable registry policies and ICANN regulations
- Accurate WHOIS information requirements
- Renewal at current pricing
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary.
Our website content, logos, and trademarks are our property and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myPandos Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
