Managing your email from your myPandos Dashboard

You manage your email from your myPandos Dashboard — not from your hosting control panel.

Where to find it

1. Sign in to your myPandos Dashboard and open Services.
2. Select your domain or hosting service.
3. Open the Email tab.

From there you can see your mailboxes, create new ones, and manage the settings for each — everything you need for email lives on this tab.

Setting up a mail app or webmail

Once a mailbox exists, see “Setting up email on your device” for connecting Outlook, Gmail, or your phone's mail app, and “Accessing your webmail” for reading mail in a browser.

Still using your hosting control panel for other things?

That's fine — files, databases, and SSL are still managed there. Email is the one exception: it moved to your myPandos Dashboard so it's in the same place as the rest of your account.
