Set up your professional email in Gmail
Add your myPandos email address to the Gmail app using IMAP and SMTP.

You can use your myPandos professional email inside Gmail by adding it as an IMAP account. You'll need the email address and password you set for the mailbox.
Before you start
- Have your email address (for example
[email protected]) and its password ready.
Add the account in Gmail
- Open the Gmail app or Gmail on the web and go to Settings > Accounts > Add another email account.
- Choose the POP/IMAP option (IMAP is recommended).
- Enter these settings:
- Incoming (IMAP): server
mail.mypandos.io, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS - Outgoing (SMTP): server
mail.mypandos.io, port 465, encryption SSL/TLS
- Incoming (IMAP): server
- Use your full email address as the username and your mailbox password for both incoming and outgoing, then confirm.
Test it
Send a test email and ask for a reply to confirm everything works.
Troubleshooting
- Password error: confirm the mailbox password; contact [email protected] if you need it reset.
- Can't connect: temporarily disable antivirus/firewall to test, and check the ports above.
- Mail landing in spam: make sure your domain has valid SPF and DKIM records.
