Becoming a myPandos reseller
Sell myPandos hosting, domains and email to your own customers under your own name. This guide explains how to join, what changes about the way you pay, and how you set your own prices.
The reseller programme lets you sell myPandos hosting, domains and email to your own customers under your own name. You set the prices they pay, you keep the difference, and myPandos bills you the wholesale cost.
How you join
There are two ways in. If we already know you, we send you an invitation link by email β open it, confirm your trading name, and your reseller account is set up straight away. If you are new to myPandos, or your services are currently elsewhere, you can apply directly and try the programme out.
You will need to be signed in to your myPandos account when you open the link, so that we can fill in the details we already hold for you. Anything out of date is yours to correct on the form.
What changes about how you pay
This is the most important thing to understand before you join, because it takes effect immediately and it changes your own billing.
Once you are a reseller, your own orders stop going through your card. They are billed against your reseller credit balance instead. You top that balance up, and orders draw it down.
Prepaid and credit accounts
New reseller accounts start prepaid: you add funds first, then place orders against them. If your balance is empty, an order will not go through until you top up.
Established resellers may be given a credit limit, which lets the balance go negative up to an agreed amount so you can place orders before settling. Your limit is shown in your reseller portal.
Setting your own prices
In the reseller portal you can set a retail price for each product β the price your customers see and pay you. Your margin is the difference between that and the wholesale price you are charged.
If you leave a retail price blank, your customers simply see the standard myPandos price. Clearing a price you set earlier returns it to that standard price; setting it to zero is not the same thing, as that would mean the product is free to your customers.
