The .cd national registry (SCPT) does not support transfers between registrars, for anyone. That is why a .cd transfer attempt shows Unknown TLD or Missing price — it is not a fault with your domain.
What to do instead
- Keep the domain at its current registrar and point it at your myPandos services: set your website's DNS records (or the nameservers) to the values shown in your hosting service.
- Manage renewals with the current registrar — they continue to bill the domain itself.
- Or register a fresh domain (.com, .net, .africa and many more) with myPandos and use it alongside.
