How to buy a domain name on myPandos

This guide walks you through searching for, selecting and buying a domain name on myPandos.

Steps

1. Go to the domain registration section. Open https://mypandos.io and find Domain Registration on the home page.
2. Search for an available name. Type the domain you want (for example yoursite.com) and click Search Now. You'll be taken to the client area.
   • If it's available, you'll see a Register button.
   • If it's taken, try another extension (.net, .org, .africa, etc.) or a variation of the name.
3. Add it to your cart. Click Register for your chosen domain, then click Order selected domain at the bottom of the page. To swap an extension, use the Remove button next to a domain.
4. Add services (optional but recommended). Check the domain's registration period (monthly or yearly) and any add-ons. In the configuration step, click Click here to add to add web hosting and link it to your domain, then click Proceed to checkout.
5. Check out and complete payment. Your domain is usually active within minutes.

Names with accents or non-Latin characters

You can search for and buy a domain written with accents or in a non-Latin script — for example josé.africa. Type it the way you would write it and the search will find it.

Once it reaches your cart it is shown in its punycode form: josé.africa appears as xn--jos-dma.africa. That is the same domain and not a mistake — it is the spelling the domain name system itself uses, so it is also what you will see on your invoice and in your dashboard. Either spelling typed into a browser reaches your site, and either one typed into our search finds the same name.

Using your own DNS
