How to pay an invoice in your myPandos dashboard
Every order and renewal at myPandos is billed through an invoice. This guide shows you where to find your invoices, how to pay by card or use your credit balance, and what happens after payment β plus what to watch out for if an invoice stays unpaid.
All billing at myPandos runs through invoices: new orders, hosting and VPS renewals, and domain renewals. Paying an invoice is done entirely in your dashboard and only takes a minute.
Find your invoices
- Sign in to your dashboard at dash.mypandos.io with your myPandos account.
- Open the Invoices section from the menu.
- You will see a list of your invoices with their status, amount and currency (invoice currencies include ZAR and USD).
Open and pay an invoice
- Click an unpaid invoice to open it and review the line items β each service or domain it covers is listed.
- Click Pay.
- Choose card payment and complete the transaction through our secure payment gateway (PayFast).
- Once the payment is confirmed, the invoice is marked as paid.
Payment options
| Method | How it works |
|---|---|
| Card | Pay an open invoice directly from the invoice page via the PayFast gateway. |
| Credit balance | Add funds to your account with Add Funds; your credit is applied automatically at checkout when you place a new order. |
What happens after payment
Payment takes effect automatically β no manual reload or follow-up needed:
- New orders: your services are activated once the invoice is paid.
- Service renewals: your hosting, VPS, SSL or email plan is renewed for the next period.
- Domain renewals: myPandos renews domains through invoices. A renewal invoice is generated before your domain expires, and paying it renews the domain β there is no registrar-level auto-renew toggle. The dashboard shows the current renewal price beside what you paid.
Note: Pay domain renewal invoices promptly. An expired domain may enter grace or redemption states where recovery can cost significantly more β or become impossible.
If an invoice stays unpaid
Invoices have a due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, the services it covers can be suspended until payment is received, and unpaid domain renewals put the domain at risk of expiry. To avoid interruptions, settle invoices as soon as they arrive.
